Direct from Ninety Eight Melts We aim to have your order ready within 2-3 working days. You will be notified via email/text as soon as it is ready for pickup. (S43)

Friday: 9am – 11am | 3:30pm – 7pm

Saturday & Sunday: 9am – 7pm (Times may vary)

Bolsover Shop Collection Please allow 3-4 working days for us to transport your order to the shop. We will contact you once it is ready to collect.

Delivery Our current processing time is 3–4 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class for a flat rate of £4.00.

Returns & Refunds We want you to love your scents! If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
